About Chew Yew Choong:
Chew Yew Choong is a Ph.D student at Information Science and Control Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan. He holds a master degree of Management and Information Systems Engineering from the same University. His research interests include text algorithm, natural language processing and digital language divide on the Web. He has been working on automatic language identifier to efficiently identify human written language on the Web. He is a member of Language Observatory Project, Country Domain Governance Project and IEICE.
