About Franclin Foping:
Franclin Foping is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University College Cork in the Republic of Ireland. The bulk of his thesis is to deploy an early warning service over the Internet. He also holds an MSc in Computer Graphics Programming from the University of Hull in England. Franclin was a finalist of the Microsoft Imagine Cup Software Design in March 2007 in England. He is a Linux and open source enthusiast with an experience of over 10 years in the field. In his spare time, Franclin enjoys travelling, reading, watching soccer and tennis games.
