He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science at the University of Zulia (1997) and a M.Sc. in Science and Computer Engineering at Oregon Graduate Institute of Science & Technology (USA, 1999). His fields of interest are Artificial Intelligence and Bioinformatic.
