About Stephane Lavirotte:
Stephane Lavirotte got his PhD degree in computer science from the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis and INRIA, in 2000, on software for document Analysis and Recognition. He participated in various European projects between 1997 and 2004 (in ESPRIT, IST European research programs). He is Associate Professor in Computer Science at the IUFM of the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis, France.
