About Su Goog Shon:
Su Goog Shon (corresponding author) received his B.S. (1982) degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, his M.S. (1984) degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, and his Ph.D. (1996) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Information and Telecommunication at the University of Suwon in Korea. His research interests include computer and embedded system, network protocol, network simulation, and network programming.
