About V. P. Arunachalam:
Professor Dr.V.P.Arunachalam received the B.E and M.E degrees from Madras University, Madras, India in 1971 and 1972, respectively, and PhD degree from the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India, in 1988. He is currently the Principal of SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. Before joining SNS College of Technology, Professor Arunachalam has been a Professor and Vice Principal in Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. His research interests include theory and practical issues of building distributed systems, Internet computing and security, mobile computing, performance evaluation, and fault tolerant computing, CAD,CAM,CAE. Professor Arunachalam is a member of the IE and ISTE. Professor Arunachalam has published more than 50 papers in refereed international journals and refereed international conferences proceedings. Since 1990 Professor Arunachalam has been involved in research and produces more than 15 PhD Candidates.
