About Victor Chi:
Victor Manuel Chi-Pech. Obtained his degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Yucatan (UADY) in 1996 and his M. Sc. degree in Wireless Network from Monterrey Technological Institute (ITESM), Campus Cuernavaca, in 2007. Victor Chi has worked since 2000 at the Autonomous University of Yucatan, as a full time professor. He has participated in software engineering development projects. He is currently giving courses on wireless networks and software engineering in the professional programs in the UADY.
